Jonathan Van Blerkom, Ph.D.
Laboratory Director
Dr. Van Blerkom performed Colorado's first successful in vitro fertilization procedure in 1982.
A professor of molecular, cellular and developmental biology at the University of Colorado in Boulder,
he is recognized throughout the world as a preeminent expert on egg and sperm physiology. He has
lectured extensively throughout North America, Europe and Australia. He also serves on the editorial
board of several international publications and has written numerous articles and books. U.S. News and
World Report has listed Dr. Van

lab among the nation's top 10 laboratories dealing with advanced reproductive technologies.

Debra Campbell, M.A.
Clinical Coordinator
Working in the field of reproductive medicine since 1989, Debra has extensive training and
experience in the clinical and laboratory aspects of reproductive medicine.
At CRE, her numerous responsibilities include guiding couples through the medical,
emotional and social issues associated with assisted reproductive technologies.
Debra received her initial medical education in the military.

Melinda E. Cole, RN.
Registered Nurse
Having conceived a son through in vitro fertilization, Melinda can personally relate to
what you, her patients, are experiencing. During her nursing studies, Melinda completed
a special course in reproductive endocrinology. At CRE, her duties include being involved
in clinical patient care, assisting with advanced reproductive procedures, teaching and
developing new treatment plans. Melinda studied at the University of Maryland and completed
her nursing training at Front Range Community College.

Patrick Davis, B.A.
Embryologist
Patrick is responsible for all aspects of in vitro fertilization and
embryo transfer.
He has worked for Dr. Van Blerkom for many years and has co-authored several research articles.
Patrick graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in molecular,
cellular and developmental biology.

Colleen Lebkuecher
Registered Nurse
Colleen graduated from California State University in 1999 with a bachelor's degree in nursing. She worked in cardiac care and the ICU, and then joined a reproductive endocrinology group in California. She moved to Colorado in 2005 and joined CRE. She has over 8 years of experience in the field of infertility.

Lori Lindbom
Practice Manager
Lori has been the Practice Manager of Colorado Reproductive Endocrinology for over 6 years and has extensive education and experience in medical practice management, insurance matters, and billing for over 20 years. Lori takes responsibility for assuring that the individual patients go through their particular medical process with few, if any, disruptions that can be caused by failing to properly plan for payment and insurance issues. Lori is the patients' primary contact for any questions and problems relating to payments, insurance coverage, and billing. She strives to make the financial aspect of reproductive technologies as worry-free and easy on the patients as possible, and to provide needed support and strategies for our patients so they can focus on their medical treatments and opportunities.

Michele Moyer
Registered Nurse
Michele has been working in the field of women's health since 1992. She started working as a nurse coordinator in infertility in 2004. She graduated from Widener University in Pennsylvania in 1992 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.

Meagan Shane
Medical Assistant
Meagan graduated in medial assisting from Parks College in 2002, then started her career here at Colorado Reproductive Endocrinology. She is very accomplished and enjoys helping couples.

Jennifer L. Webb, RN, BSN
Registered Nurse
A graduate of the University of Kansas, Jennifer has been caring for patients since 1993.
Before joining CRE, Jennifer worked at both The Children's Hospital, Denver and at Presbyterian
St. Luke's Medical Center. At CRE, Jennifer provides patient education, assists in clinical procedures, and develops treatment plans.

Kathy Wisniewski
Ultrasonographer
Kathy graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder in 1991 with a Bachelor Degree in biology. She then attended the ultrasound program at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center and became board certified in 1992. She spent four years at the University of Colorado Health Sciences Center performing ultrasounds in a variety of specialties. In 1996 she focused her practice primarily on ob/gyn and infertility and joined the Colorado Reproductive Endocrinology team in 2001.
